Transform Your Practice + Empower your clients

The EmpoweRD Transform behavior change series provides you with the exact actionable strategies to have more "ah-ha!" moments in session, shift your client's mindset towards change, and reframe their identity to someone who want to reach their health goals.
It's basically the next step to becoming the Rockstar RD and coach you are meant to be!
Why Advance Your Behavior Change Coaching Skillset?
Because Nutrition is a Science, but Eating is a Behavior.
The truth is, information alone doesn't drive behavior change- connection, mindset, and personalized strategies do. The EmpoweRD Transform Behavior series bridges the gap between education and true behavior change, giving you the tools to be the effective, inspiring guide your clients need to create sustainable habits and reach their health goals.
Imagine clients who are fired up, motivated and committed to lasting change- that's what's possible when you master these behavior change strategies that are not taught in your dietetics training. That's what happens when you go beyond the traditional approaches (eg. motivational interviewing- which I love!) and have an evidence-based toolkit you can pick and choose from to make your coaching more effective.
Our specialized behavior change series will equip you with the essential tools, tips, and strategies needed to guide and support your clients effectively. From demonstrations on how to keep your client's head in the game to activities and tips to creating empowering mindset and identity shifts (also how to approach neurodivergent folks).
And all at an insanely accessible price.
Join us today to transform your practice! Payment plans available.
