Terms and Conditions: Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to theNutrition Counseling Academy website. By purchasing any of our services, including courses, programs, webinars, or other digital products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Fulfillment Policy

- Digital Products: Upon successful payment, access to digital products such as courses, webinars, and other materials will be provided immediately through email or via the platform you registered on. If you experience any issues with accessing your content, please contact us at joyce@nutritioncounselingacademy.com within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.

- Coaching Services: Scheduling for coaching services will be arranged through direct communication via email or the scheduling platform provided. Once a session is booked, it is confirmed as part of our fulfillment process.

2. Empowering Change Membership

- Access: Empowering Change Membership grants active members access to all programs, training, and content for as long as they maintain an active membership. If membership is canceled or lapses, access to the content will be revoked.

- EmpoweRD Summits: Access to replays of EmpoweRD Summits is available for up to 12 months, depending on the admission tier purchased. After the access period expires, members will no longer have access to summit replays unless otherwise stipulated.

- Elevated Nutrition Counseling Blueprint and Webinars: Once purchased, members receive unlimited access to the content of the Elevated Nutrition Counseling Blueprint and any other webinars offered. Access will not expire, and members can revisit the materials at any time.

3. No Refund Policy

- All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This includes but is not limited to online courses, digital downloads, coaching sessions, webinars, memberships, and summits.

- Exceptions: We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you encounter any technical issues or believe you have not received the product or service as described, please contact us at joyce@nutritioncounselingacademy.com  within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

4. Cancellation Policy

- Digital Products: Since access to digital products is provided immediately upon purchase, cancellations are not available.

- Coaching Services: For coaching services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at [your email] as early as possible.

- Memberships: Memberships can be canceled at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for partial months, and access to membership content will be revoked upon cancellation.

5. Changes to Services and Pricing

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or pricing at any time without notice. However, any purchases made before such changes will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
